Richard Farrow
Richard has over 35 years experience as a freelance Photographer. His passion is taking pictures of people and what they do and for capturing those special moments that make for memorable keepsakes.
The last 6 years, under Ipswich Wedding Photography, he has established his niche in the market by producing exceptional photographs with packages that people can afford.
Since opening the Studio in Woodbridge Road in October 2008, and renaming to Phocus Photography, family portraits have been much easier to undertake and dispite the doom and gloom of recession, is slowly building a reputation of good quality work at a reasonable price.

We aim to capture you and your family as naturally as possible; accentuating the fun and lighter side of life.
We can facilitate you at our studio, bring our equipment to you or arrange an external location, such as a beach, park or event. Whatever you decide... we will try to accommodate. Weddings Your Wedding day will be one of the most important days of your life. We understand this and want to capture the essence of your day; Those special moments that will never be repeated. What you're left with after your wedding day are fantastic memories... and your photographs. You want them to be right, and so do we, let us phocus on your day. We will meet with you at your convenience to discuss your requirements and get to know each other. If you decide that we're the choice for you we will arrange a studio or location sitting for you both where we will explore the styles further and include a free framed portrait. Prices for 2012:- These range from a basic wedding package with one photographer, up to 2 hours location time, presentation book of proofs at £360 to our Platinum package of up to 8 hours location time, two photographers, presentation book of proofs (and online veiwing), extra large leather bound photobook with approximately 140 images, DVD set to music and a 24" x 16" canvas print and two parent photobooks at £1390.
Apply a 10% reduction for any off peak bookings (anyday other than a Saturday) and low season bookings, November to March, off the basic wedding price only. All weddings include a proof album and on line veiwing as standard.

Events. We will attend any Black Tie Event, Ball, Prom or Charity Event.
We arrive early to set up, take stunning photographs of your guests and print them ready to take home that night!
What's even better is we can do this at no cost to you. As long as you have a minimum of 100 people attending the event there is no upfront fee. For smaller events a £120 fee is payable at time of booking. If it's a Charity event we can even make a donation to your chosen charity if we meet certain targets.
This is where you usually ask: "What's the catch?" It's simple - there isn't one. We make our money from the photograph sales on the night. No hidden charges, no extras, no nasty surprises.
If you wish, we can also agree a single fee up front, so guests can have free photographs on the night.
Whatever the event your celebrating, we can be there to recored the occasion. Birthdays, Aniversary's, Christenings, Proms or just a family get together, have a lasting memory of the occasion in photographs.
